This Kandu saree features undyed Malda Mulberry silk on the warp and Naturally Brown Coloured Cotton, ambara-charaka handspun yarn on the weft. Handwoven in West Bengal, the Jamdani 'machchi buti' motif on the saree is inspired from small fish in a pond, and is accentuated with natural dyed yarns in indigo and sapanwood .

To ensure the longevity of your Kandu saree, we recommend eco-dry cleaning for the first two washes. Subsequently, you can wash the saree at home in cold water using a mild detergent and dry it under shade.
