This Kandu saree features undyed Mysore Mulberry silk on the warp and Naturally Brown Coloured cotton, ambara-charaka handspun yarn on the weft, accentuated with halffine zari.

Handwoven in Bengaluru, this saree combines the ‘mannina-magalu’ [daughter-of-the-soil] earthiness of natural brown cotton with the regal aesthetic of the classic saree designs of Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation Limited (KSIC), adding a touch of timelessness.

Care:

To ensure the longevity of your Kandu saree, we recommend eco-dry cleaning for the first two washes. Subsequently, you can wash the saree at home in cold water using a mild detergent and dry it under shade.
